I don't know what to think about this yet, I like the idea of fixing the secondary once and for all.  I thought Jerry would trade down and get more picks.  I do not like the idea of not having a 2nd round pick.  I thought Jerry would go with Barron or the guard from Stanford.

There is a chance I will be going to the game with the Steelers.  If I end up going, I'll be traveling with Steeler fans (in south Texas, where did they come from) so I will need some back up.  We can try to hook up at the game.

Oh joy , after the way they started last year they have to start with the Giants.  But if I remember correctly, the Giants the year after the Super Bowl, don't they usually have a down year?

Ok, but in this league you can go from #3 to #1 in one game.  He could also ask for a release or to be traded.  It sounds like he lost his heart for playing.

He is only 28, kind of young to retire don't you think?  Is he have an injury or just lost his heart for the game?

I would rather the Cowboys had kept Holley instead of Ogletree.  Not only can he catch but he is a very good special teams player also.

What do you mean getting out of hand?  They have been out of hand for years, you can go back to the Deion Sanders deal to come to Dallas.  If the owners could set a cap per position and stick to it, I think it would be good for football in general and for the fans.  But that would mean the owners would have to reduce the ticket prices and parking and merchandise and so forth.  I think they all are to greedy for that to happen.
