Courtney Brown, CB from Cal Poly, was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the 7th round of the 2007 NFL Draft. Courtney started his college career playing WR but moved to corner back in 2003. The Cowboys moved Brown to safety during the 2007 training camp because of the depth they already had a CB. Courney did not play in the Cowboys first 8 games but became a special teams player at mid season and finished the season with 6 special teams tackles. Courtney played for the Cowboys for two seasons and appeared in 17 games. He was cut by the Cowboys after the 2009 training camp.
